Meridian wanted a flagship that reads more like a magazine than a store. We treated every product as a long-form story — fabric origin, atelier process, styling notes — and built a checkout flow that respects the brand even when transactional.
Editorial as commerce
The lookbook scroll, journal, and PDP all share the same primitives. Inventory and pricing flow from a single source of truth; campaign pages can be assembled by the in-house team in a day.
Outcomes
Conversion rose 47% in the first quarter, AOV 22%, and bounce rate fell across all top-of-funnel pages. The launch earned editorial coverage in eight major outlets.
