What is your minimum engagement?
The two-week paid diagnostic ($12,000 USD) is the floor. Most full engagements start at $60,000 and run six to fourteen weeks.
How quickly can you start?
We typically book two quarters out. The diagnostic phase is shorter notice — usually three to four weeks.
Do you take equity?
Occasionally, in lieu of part of the fee, when we have strong conviction about the company. We are not a venture studio.
Where are you based?
Lisbon and Casablanca, with the team distributed across Europe and North Africa. We travel for kickoffs and as needed.
